How It Works: The Basics
Find our full Terms and Conditions here. Subscribers will be eligible for one (1) entry for each hunt published in a calendar year (14 hunts in 2025, so each subscriber receives 14 entries). [Note: Tusker Club has double the entries.]
The subscriber will be able to allocate their total amount of entries in any way they would like. For example, the subscriber may choose to allocate one entry to each hunt drawing, all entries to one hunt drawing, or some combination in between. The number of entries per subscriber are prorated depending on the time of subscription in the calendar year. Allocating entries is available on the subscriber section of the website. Subscriber default will be one entry per hunt.
All hunt drawings will be conducted on a regularly scheduled basis throughout the year. Only paying subscribers are eligible for the hunt drawings. For each drawing, three names will be pulled. The first name pulled is the winner of the drawing. Winners will be contacted immediately via phone, text, and email to inform them of their drawing success.
Winners have seven (7) days to respond to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within seven days, the second name drawn is considered the drawing winner. If no winner is declared after the third name is contacted, three more names will be drawn. This process repeats until a winner is declared. All drawings will be held live, with recordings of the drawings posted for subscribers on our subscriber portal at hornandtusk.com/drawing-results immediately upon completion of the drawing.
A hunt contract will be sent to the winner within 48 hours of acceptance. The hunt will only occur once the contract is signed, dated, scanned, and returned to info@hornandtusk.com. When the contract is received, the winner will receive a hunt packet with all the information needed to prepare for the hunt.
All winners are immediately eligible for future drawings (there is no limit on how many times a subscriber can win a drawing). Hunt dates for all elephant, leopard, and buffalo hunts are predetermined and will be assigned to the hunts before the drawing year.
Bonus Point & Referral Programs
All subscribers are immediately eligible to gain bonus points in each drawing. After the first two (2) years of continuous Standard subscription, each subscriber automatically receives an extra entry into each hunt drawing (essentially doubling their number of annual entries).
An additional entry per drawing per year is achieved through five (5) continuous years of subscription. Maintaining a cap on subscriptions will give long-standing subscribers improved chances of being drawn. The Horn & Tusk Society reserves the right to increase the number of subscriptions if/when additional hunts are added.
Any Standard or Tusker Club Subscriber can also purchase additional entries for any drawing at $100 per entry.
Tusker Club subscribers will receive an extra entry into every drawing for each year of continuous subscription for up to four years and gain an additional bonus point in the Tusker Club Grand Drawing after each year up to five years of continuous subscription.
At the time of subscription, each subscriber will be issued a unique online code. This code can be used by a referred non-subscriber as they join the Horn and Tusk Society. If the new subscriber enters the referral code during the sign-up process, the existing member that supplied the code will receive one extra entry into any drawing of their choice.
